Shipping FAQs

REBEL CO. BEAUTY LLC is not responsible for any wrong scanned packages, lost packages, delayed shipping, misplaced location packages or errors of mail associated with the US POSTAL SERVICE or other shipping services. Due to the holidays and order volume, please allow 5 days - 4 weeks for your package to arrive.


Once packages has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the conditions of any packages upon arrival nor any misplaced mail. Please ensure all addresses are correct. We advise shipping address to not be to an apartment complex. In most cases, mail is easily placed into the wrong hands and the receiving customer is responsible for replacing. 

REBEL CO. does not replace any packages that has been lost in-transit, damaged due to negligent handling during the shipping process. We also do not offer refunds for any issue on the shipping services behalf. 

Unclaimed mail that has been returned to sender can be re-shipped once the package has been returned to us from the postal mailing service. This process can take anywhere between 15-60 days. In this case, the customer is held responsible for all shipping costs. 


Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days, for select items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened and unharmed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as, but not limited to; hair extensions, wig units, hair oils, liquid beauty products and solid beauty products cannot be returned, due to safety and sanitation reasoning. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
